Intua has announced BeatMaker for the Apple iPhone and iTouch. Billed as music creation studio you can carry in your pocket, it certainly promises much. Here is a list of some of its features:

    Now I am no musician (though I do play a little guitar for my own amusement), so I am no expert on this sort of thing. I guess we will have to wait for its release and reviews in the music press.
