Calling all designers! This is your opportunity to customise Skype for Mac. They’ve just launched a chat style competition to kick things off. When they first launched their new Mac app, many custom styles emerged from the design community, so as a result they have decided to make it official.
The competition runs until the 29th April and are offering prizes of a brand new MacBook Air, an iPad 2 and a year’s subscription to Unlimited World Extra).
The competition is in three stages, each of 3 weeks. At the end of each stage, 2 winners will be selected; a judges’ choice winner that will be selected by our panel and a people’s choice winner, as voted by others. Following the 3 stages, 6 winners go forward to the final. There are also prizes for runners-up, including iPads and copies of CSS3 for Web Designers – check the competition page for details.
